Discovery that respects your release train

We begin by walking the paths your customers actually use, then map which of those paths already have automated coverage and which only exist as manual scripts. Interviews with developers and release managers clarify what “green” must mean before a tag ships.

Design for change, not for screenshots

Selectors, waits, and fixtures are chosen so UI refactors do not cascade into dozens of broken files. Where APIs back the UI, we prefer contract-level assertions that fail with actionable messages instead of brittle full-page snapshots.

Delivery in your repository

Artifacts live in your version control: pipelines, test modules, and documentation your team owns. We avoid proprietary runners or hosted dashboards that disappear when the engagement ends.

Handoff criteria

An engagement closes when agreed milestones are met—such as a stabilized smoke tier, documented ownership, or a completed review with accepted follow-up tasks. Ongoing support can be arranged as a separate project if needed.
