Consulting services
Engagements are delivered on a project basis as described on our Services page. Scope, fees, deliverables, and timelines are defined in a separate statement of work or contract—not by marketing copy alone. Unless expressly agreed, we do not guarantee specific defect counts, uptime, or release outcomes.
Intellectual property
Materials we create under a paid engagement are licensed or assigned as stated in your contract. Our pre-existing frameworks, templates, and general know-how remain our property. You retain ownership of your product code and data.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Taiwan, our liability for any claim arising from website use or consulting services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts in Taichung City shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
